Information for Displaced Ukrainian Nationals

Any person arriving in Ireland fleeing the conflict in Ukraine should attend the Border Management Unit at the airport or port of their arrival. All persons from Ukraine seeking support, including accommodation, need to register with the International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) as soon as possible. IPAS via email only before or after arrival ipasinbox@equality.gov.ie

Persons fleeing the conflict in Ukraine and seeking refugee supports can register immediately for a PPS number with the Department of Social Protection at Dublin Airport or at the local office at Hebron Road Kilkenny City. Once registered with a PPS number families and individuals will then have access to emergency community welfare payments, employment opportunities, child benefit and other supports.

Persons offering accommodation need to contact the Red Cross at https://registerofpledges.redcross.ie .
Kilkenny County Council have no role in making private rental arrangements or listing pledges of accommodation.
