Temporary Road Closure - N24 Piltown - 12th-14th September

Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the N24, from its junction with LP1038 at the Ink Bottle, Belline, Piltown to its junction with the R698 at Fiddown, Piltown, will be closed to traffic from 9:00pm Tuesday 12th September to 5:00am Wednesday 13th September and from 9:00pm Wednesday 13th September to 5:00am Thursday 14th September, 2023, in order to facilitate works being undertaken by Wills Bros Limited as part of the N24 Tower Road Junction Improvement Scheme. 

Eastbound traffic will exit the N24 at Belline (Ink Bottle junction) and travel via LP1038, R698 and re-join the N24 at Fiddown. 

Westbound traffic will exit the N24 at Fiddown and travel via R698, LP1038 and re-join the N24 at Belline (Ink Bottle junction).
