PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001
Pursuant to the requirement of Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001, notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to carry out development, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereunder
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at the following offices:
Kilkenny County Council, Water Services Section, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny
from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, for a period ending Wednesday 19th June 2013
Submissions or observations with regard to the proposed development, dealing with proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing to:

SCHEDULE
LOCATION Clintstown, Freshford, Co. Kilkenny | NATURE OF DEVELOPMENT The development consists of construction of an access roadway to the new Waste Water Treatment Plant located at Clintstown, Freshford, Co. Kilkenny. Kilkenny County Council has received approval from An Bord Pleanala (Ref No. 10JP0012), for the construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant and associated works, in accordance with Section 177AE of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act, 2010 and the requirements of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2011. The key components of the proposed development are: - · Construction of a 3.5m wide hard-core roadway within a 5m wide strip of land · Removal of roadside boundary ditch and set back of new timber post and rail fence to provide visibility at entrance · Construction of splayed entrance. · Relocation of the existing field gate The purpose is to provide an access to the new WWTP for Freshford Sewerage Scheme. |
