Notice of Material Alteration to Proposed Amendment 1 to the Castlecomer Local Area Plan

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to materially alter Proposed Amendment 1 to the Castlecomer Local Area Plan.  A copy of the Material Alteration may be inspected from Tuesday 10th April to 8th May 2012 at the following locations from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays):

Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council, John Street	9am-1pm & 2pm - 4pm
Castlecomer Area Office	9am-1pm & 2pm - 5pm

The Material Alteration to the Proposed Amendment will also be available on the Council’s website at http://lap.kilkennycoco.ie/2010/amendments/?page_id=47

Submissions or observations with respect to the Material Alteration, made in writing to the Director of Services, Planning, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and received before 4pm on the 8th May 2012, will be taken into consideration before the Material Alteration is made.  Submissions can also be made via email to localareaplans@kilkennycoco.ie

Copies of the Material Alteration will be available for purchase from the Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council.
